Thank you for browsing our website and considering our TC services.  Alchemy focuses on partnering with the absolute best TCs in the industry and streamlines your search for aligning with the right Transaction Coordinator for your business. I take so much pride in the work, this company, and truly love what I do.  I started on this crazy, life-changing journey early 2006 and have been enjoying every minute since.

My vision for a TC Brokerage came to be after working many years in the trenches.  I saw a direct need for thorough, competent and relate-able Transaction Coordinators. I could only handle so much business as one person and so was born, The Alchemy Company.  Now 11 years later, we have one of the best names in the business and Alchemy is the first place agents and brokers call when they are ready to level up their business and TC partner. And what I am most proud of is providing an opportunity for women and moms to create their own destinies and run their own businesses!

I am so lucky to have had an amazing support system starting with my parents and continuing with my husband and friends.  I have been provided so much love, encouragement and shoulders throughout my life and career, giving me the confidence and skills to be able to find success and do what I love. I now also have 3 beautiful, healthy children who light up my life and heart.

The Transaction Coordinators Alchemy chooses to work with are hand selected and I can say with confidence, a few things every TC possesses is an unparalleled work ethic, a positive attitude and even tempers.  All things I think are non-negotiables in this business.

I look forward to discussing our business and processes with you.  We enjoy nothing more than creating life-long raving fans!

“Relationships are like pots and lids, you must have a set that fits perfectly in order to make great soup.”

My Colleagues and a few of our clients have heard this analogy from me before and I am a strong believer in it. At the end of the day, it’s all about being the right fit.

I spent my first two years working under Anna as her Assistant as she trained on the importance of details of a transaction and the role as a Transaction Coordinator. I transitioned from Assistant to Transaction Coordinator; this was when I embraced hard work. The job got challenging and the ownership of mistakes made during transactions definitely made me want to be better than I was. I can always be better.

As I became comfortable being a Transaction Coordinator, our company started to expand. With much encouragement from Anna, I am thankful to have grown into a talented team of Transaction Coordinators whose level of service and dedication is unprecedented.  Together, we are continuing to improve our processes in residential, multiple family units, and commercial transactions.

All of this would not be possible without my roots, the foundation to success, my family. I am so grateful to have a wonderful support system at home. I thank my very patient and supportive husband, Patrick. Along with our two amazing children who are talented beyond belief. Last but not least, my amazing mom.

Everything fits.

I am a native San Diegan, growing up in Ocean Beach and Clairemont areas.  I graduated from UC High School.  In 2001 I began working for WAMU.  I have handled almost every aspect of the loan process and have a thorough understanding of the home buying process.  In 2008, I moved into real estate becoming a transaction coordinator.  My goal is to make my clients know they are working with someone trustworthy and dependable. I love what I do and take pride in my work. Escrow can be smooth sailing or become a complete nightmare; whatever happens I am ready for the challenge.

I have been blessed to have a strong support team in my personal and professional life and without all those people I wouldn’t be the person I am today.  I am happily married to the love of my life, and we own a home with our daughter and three dogs.  In my spare time, I love to foster dogs for local San Diego dog rescues.

Lauren Morrisroe || Licensed Transaction Coordinator

I started my journey in real estate back in 2011 and shortly after decided to get licensed. After working as a real estate agent/transaction coordinator for over seven years, I truly understand how important it is to stay fluid in a transaction when it can change at any given moment. My past experience as an agent has given me the knowledge and perspective needed to help agents serve their buyers and sellers. I know how important it is to be both detailed oriented and responsive, and I am up for any challenge.

The last two years have brought many milestones. We had our first child Dylan who has changed my world. We also purchased our first home this year, and I am currently working on getting my Brokers license to further my education and knowledge in this industry. During my free time, I love to read, play with my baby & dog, and hangout at the beach.

Stephanie Glover || Licensed Transaction Coordinator

DRE #01784573

My interest in real estate began in college when I studied economics at Chico State. Throughout the years, I have worked in residential real estate appraisal, title, escrow, property management, real estate development, and now as a licensed transaction coordinator. What I particularly enjoy about transaction coordination is the problem-solving, building relationships with our clients, and working diligently behind the scenes to make the exciting (and sometimes stressful) milestone of buying or selling a home as seamless as possible.

After a professional detour into human resources followed by taking time off to stay home with my young children, I returned to real estate. I’m blessed to be part of this amazing team of knowledgeable real estate professionals.

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, hiking, game nights, and getting out to enjoy everything that San Diego has to offer.  My passions outside of real estate are nutrition, fitness and maternal health.

Lisa Williams || Licensed Transaction Coordinator

DRE #02083795

My career in real estate started in 2002 while still in College at SDSU.  I have worked for multiple financial institutions focusing on commercial and residential real estate financing, underwriting and banking. After leaving the banking industry I was a corporate officer at Commercial Real Estate Development and Management Company. My experience in credit, commercial and residential real estate loan structure, and portfolio and construction management brings a unique skill set to any real estate transaction.

I truly enjoy all aspects of the Real Estate industry however I have really found my preferred niche as a Transaction Coordinator. I absolutely love the excitement of walking a deal across the finish line and making it appear as if it was a simple cohesive process every time regardless of any challenges along the way. I love all of our clients and I am always willing to go the extra mile for each and every deal.

I am a proud English Bulldog owner and I love his one-eyed rescue dog brother just as much!

Sophia Garcia || Licensed Transaction Coordinator

My passion for Interior Design and DIY coupled with my servant leader heart and work ethic made Real Estate the perfect fit for me! I truly enjoy the problem-solving, organization, and client relationship-building aspect of Transaction Coordinating. No two transactions are alike and for me that brings a level of excitement and challenge to the daily grind. My journey into this profession was discovered after retiring from the Department of Defense and wanting to spend more time with my family while juggling a flexible career. I am blessed and thankful to have found such a rewarding career path through Transaction Coordinating.

When I’m not working you can find me spending quality time with my husband and kids, most likely at a baseball game or out camping. Go Padres! Family time is without a doubt our favorite time! As a self-proclaimed Coffee (and donut) connoisseur, when traveling I love to try out and support the local coffee shops.

Madison Cefalu || Licensed Transaction Coordinator

DRE #02086342

A native of San Diego now proudly based in Austin, TX, I bring over eight years of experience in the real estate industry. After earning my B.A. in Managerial & Organizational Communication from Point Loma Nazarene University, I began my real estate career in 2017 and have since held a variety of roles, including transaction coordinator, licensed real estate agent, and executive assistant to a top-producing luxury team.

Over the years, I developed a strong love for transaction management, where my attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to teamwork truly shine. I understand how critical it is to stay ahead of the details, communicate clearly, and work collaboratively to ensure a smooth and successful closing. I take pride in being a reliable, solutions-oriented partner to the agents and clients I support.

What I love most about real estate is that every transaction presents something new. The fast-paced, ever-changing nature of this business keeps me on my toes—and as someone who thrives on problem-solving and learning, that’s exactly what fuels me. I’m committed to going above and beyond in every detail of my work, and that dedication shows in the strong relationships I’ve built throughout my career.

When I’m not working, you can find me outdoors enjoying the natural beauty Austin has to offer, or at home cooking with my wonderful husband, Trevor, our yellow lab Rocky, and our two cats, Goose and Oliver.

Lara McGraw || Director of Operations

After my graduation from Troy University, I started in my role with the Alchemy Company in July 2021. I love working with a dynamic group of women who aim to be the best of the best.

On a personal note, I have a wonderful husband. I always need a good cup of coffee in the morning, and I love the beach, my dogs Rocky & Lady, running and reading. I enjoy being active. My faith drives me to lead with love in my life.

I hope if our paths cross, even just through email, I can be helpful to you!

Lovely Barazon || TC Assistant

Having a bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, I’ve learned skills in organization, problem-solving, and careful attention to detail which are important in real estate transaction management. I hopped into this crazy yet interesting field of real estate when I first met my mentor who trained me in different aspects of transaction coordination and then introduced me to Anna. That’s how I joined Lauren and Stephanie’s team at The Alchemy Company. I truly enjoy working with them and learning as much as I could about the industry. I find great joy and purpose in working behind the scenes and taking care of administrative tasks. Aiding my awesome team in their efforts to help agents achieve greater heights of success is what motivates me the most. Knowing that I am a part of a successful home buying or selling process is such a satisfying feeling.

During my downtime, I enjoy getting wrapped up in a good book, binge-watching tv-series, and documentaries, and spending quality time with my family.
